That's fabulous! Evidently, she still needs a mom, and that's very good news. It says a lot about her level of attachment, and speaks volumes about her in a very good way.

Hopefully, you will be able to find a safe place for her. Here in Virginia we have the Alternative House. It's a place for teens with problems to live, where they can work things out with the family and live independently. Sort of like a halfway house.

I am glad to hear that she has come to her senses some before it became too late. Ease her back in and work with those therapists. If you have good ones, they will do wonders.

Of course, I would be hard pressed not to slap one of those house arrest tracking anklets on her as soon as I saw her if it was my child.

and yes, I know that wouldn't help in this situation...but I would still be sorely tempted to do this totally "DAD" thing.

keep up informed on this as you wish too. None of us mean to pry into private affairs but I dare say a few of us are concerned with where this leads.
