Master's Degree Thoughts

OK, so I have finally accepted that I've gone about as far as I'm going to get in State Government without a Master's. Actually, I'm quite proud of how far I've come in the field of child welfare and I don't even have A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work! (Mine's in religious education, long story) Anyway, I am going to meet with a representative from the NC Child Welfare Education Collaborative to see if that will be an option for me to further my education, since I can't afford not to work. I've never been able to pursue it due to working full-time with DSS, usually another part-time job, and being a full-time job (not to mention the 17 years I was married and had to take care of HIM, too). I'm excited! Any advice from those who've done it at my age and stage of life? (46, divorced, three kids - one is 21 and in the Army, 2 at home ages 18 and 16)
